1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Droply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Droply

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Droply to:

• Share illegal content or links to harmful material
• Impersonate other people or organisations
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Free plan is provided at no cost with limited features. The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9/month via Stripe. You can cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the content you create on Droply. By using the service, you grant us a licence to display and serve your content as part of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page.

7. Limitation of Liability

Droply is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
